Day at the Park

It was such a beautiful day today we decided to go for a nice stroll along Crescent Beach. These are a few pictures we took under a willow tree near the shore.

Just adding more pictures of Jordan. He is getting so big so fast. He now weighs 16.5lbs. We are still unsure of his eye colour but they look like a dark grey and one of them has a brown spot. His hair colour is a light brown. He learns something new everyday he is now starting to say goo goo gaa gaa. He has also started teething thank goodness for orajel.

Sean has just given VersaCold his 2 weeks notice as he has received a position at Avalon Funeral Home as a Funeral Director/Embalmer. He will be working as an apprentice for 2 years and he will be going to school for 2 years. We are very happy for Sean's new career!!!!

Summer time

Bath Time

Jordan has a bath every night before he goes to bed. We use the Johnson's bath and massage routine. Jordan loves his after bath massage.

Jordans first solids

Jordan had some rice cereal for the first time yesterday. He likes it very much. I'm not sure why he had his hand up in these pictures I think he was just so excited about his new food. He is still learning how to eat this new food. He first pushes it out with his tongue and then sucks it back in. When he was finished his food he kept looking for more. He is growing up so fast.

Bumbo

Jordan is beginning to like his Bumbo seat. He is also trying to sit up on his own but he does not know how to stop himself from falling forward.

Jordan tried out his Jolly Jumper for the first time the other day and he loves it.

Fathers Day

For fathers day and his birthday Sean got a new BBQ from Jordan (that boy knows how to save his allowance). His new BBQ has 4 burners, 1 side burner, and 1 infrared burner. In total it is 71000 BTU and has 797 sq in of cooking space. The thing is huge. We also found that we are going to need a new table to accommodate our new BBQ and all the food Sean wants to cook for everyone. If any one finds one at a good price please let me know. We also plan to expand our patio for the bigger table and BBQ :)

On Friday the 15th Sean did his first backyard BBQ. We had the Murphys and Grandma and Grandpa over to test out the new BBQ. Sean cooked 2 things of ribs, a bunch of steaks, peppers, hamburgers, and potatoes. It was wonderful. He timed everything perfectly. Pappi and Grandma Simpson also stopped by and played with Jordan while we ate.

On Fathers Day Sean got this new BBQ cover from Merv and Rita so he can BBQ in the rain. After he set it up it stopped raining.
