Jordan and Dylan at the park

Jordan and Dylan went to the park to play on the swings for the first time. They both loved it. JJ had the time of his life. I think Abby and I have just found our new home for the summer.

Hockey

Grandma and Grandpa Cousins got JJ his very first set of hockey skates and gear. He looks the part! As soon as he can walk we will be bring him on the ice. I wont be able to join them as I am pregnant with baby #2 but I will be cheering from the side.

He is Everywhere!

For a long time Jordan has been slowly but surely bum scooting. He gets to where he needs to go and that is it. It has been great! I could kind of direct him where to go and not worry too much. On Tuesday Afternoon after his nap I sat him in his playroom by his toy box, he pulled out a ball the ball rolled away from him then went on all fours and took off after the ball like he has been crawling forever. I have no idea how he knew how to do it because he has never done it before and to be so good and so fast! Now he is everywhere in the house. He crawls to things and stands up on them and then bounces up and down. I can't believe how fast he is. I REALLY need to baby proof now. It is so weird it feels like he woke up one morning and was at a totally different stage I know he was moving before but it was nothing like this. I know people tell you it comes fast but this is really fast!

Big Brother!!!

Our little boy is going to be a big brother in late September. We are so excited. This will make JJ about 18.5 months old by the time baby #2 makes their entrance. At this point we are only 6 weeks pregnant, so we have a very long time to go. This is good because I have a lot of things to get done before this baby arrives. We are hoping to get Jordan in his new room, thank goodness I got the room all painted before we found out we were pregnant, and we are also planning on potty training JJ. We just have to wait till he can walk.

Jordan and Gavin

This morning I watched one of JJ's best friends Gaven for a few hours. JJ and Gavin had so much fun together!!! It was so sad when JJ woke up from his nap and he was looking for Gavin with a huge smile, but Gavin had already gone home.

I just wanted to post more pictures of JJ's new haircut the way I like to style it. Doesn't he look sooooo sweet and handsome. I can't believe I let it get so long before!

















This is something new Jordan did today. He walked with his walking toy all on his own today. I had to stand him up to the toy then he walked. He can almost pull himself up but not yet. He can pull himself to standing in the crib. It was so cute walking into his room when I was doing laundry the other day and there he was standing in his crib. He now does it all the time.

Best Friends

Jordan and Dylan are best friends. They are 5 months apart in age. Jordan had Dylan over last night to hang out and play cars but Dylan is still a couple months away before he can really play with JJ. JJ was a little rough for Dylan so we had to keep an eye on the two of them :)

Jordan is so excited to hear that Dylan is moving down the street in a few weeks. They are already planing sleepovers and video game nights :P

The Walker

We drove down to the states and bought a walker. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. I know they don't sell them here in Canada because kids have fallen down the stairs in them( both Sean and his sister have fallen down the stairs, they are fine) but we went out a purchased a REALLY good gate for him. JJ loves his walker and they aren't that expensive $35 US. He is so cute in that thing and fast!

Haircut

JJ's hair was getting so long that I thought I was going to have to get out the hair dryer! So we got it cut. The woman was great she didn't even charge us! Now he looks so handsome.
