Christmas!
Jordan and Kaitlyn must have been REALLY good kids this year because once again they got spoiled. I have no idea what I was thinking but we got our little man a drum set. He really loves music and he is always singing so we wanted to get him something to do with music. Sean talked me into the drum set. Jordan just loves it. He is still trying to learn to do the foot one at the same time as the other ones but he is pretty good. We had a traditional Christmas breakfast now made at our house. Grandma and Grandpa Cousins joined us and so did Grandma Simpson and Pappi Hunt. Sean made a fabulous breakfast for everyone. He is such a good man :) Unfortunately Papa and Nana Simpson couldn't make it our on Christmas because they got snowed in. We ended up doing our Christmas day with them a few days later when their road cleared up.

This is Jordan's favorite Christmas present. It's his horse Trigger! Grandma and Grandpa Cousins got it for him. We were a little unsure at first if he was ever going to like it. During all the present giving and unwrapping he was a little overwhelmed and when he was first put on the horse he was confused and fell off. After that he didn't really want to go near the horse. We kept the horse out in the living room and he would just play around it. Then after dinner Sean decided to give it another try and put JJ on the horse and road him around the living room. Maybe after a couple times around the room JJ got the hang of him horse and can now ride him around the house by himself. He always wants to go on Trigger and if he does he has to be wearing his cowboy hat.
We all had a wonderful Christmas here and can't wait to celebrate Christmas next year at our new place in Nanaimo!
Christmas Eve
Christmas Eve was spent at our house for the first time this year. We have started our own traditions this year and still trying to keep some of the old traditions. So this Christmas Eve we enjoyed a wonderful dinner, opened our presents from the pajama fairy and watched our favorite Christmas movies the Grinch and Christmas Vacation.
