The Results

I have worked out for 30 days straight and the results are are in! I have lost a total of 6 inches in 30 day. I haven’t lost a pound but that doesn’t really bother me as long as I have lost the inches and clothing is fitting me better. I can now fit most of my pre-pregnancy clothes and they look pretty good on. I also wore a pair of pants from grade 11 the other day, of course they were a bit tighter then they were in grade 11 but still looked great. I'm really proud of the work I did in the past 30 days and can’t believe how fast it really went. I also feel awesome I have way more energy, sleep better and my back doesn’t hurt at the end of every day. Now that I have completed the 30 days I don’t plan on stopping. I'm just going to mix it up a bit with the workouts and maybe mixing in more yoga.

After the first week it doesn’t seem so hard to fit in a 20 min workout everyday. I found a way to even fit it in twice on most days just at different times of the day. Some days I was really not in the mood to do it but I pushed myself and by the time I finished the 20 mins I would feel better then I did half an hour ago. You almost have to make it like brushing your teeth just part of your every day routine.
